How it works:
An engineer will call and assess the condition of the boiler/heating system and diagnose the issue.
If the issue is a simple fix, this will be carried out within the first hour (Subject to parts required being available within van stock).
The cost of this 1 hour first visit will be £70 plus any parts required at trade prices and is payable on completion of the first visit.
If further work is required which will need replacement parts to be ordered from a supplier,
the payment of £70 for first hour is required before engineers departure.
Then a detailed, competitive quotation will be provided within 24 hours of the first visit which will consist of parts required and labour costs. Labour after 1 hour is charged at £40 per hour.
Why do we take payment at the end of our first visit?
On some occasions, parts for a heating system may be obsolete or the age/condition may make a repair uneconomical, or the customer may want to explore alternative options elsewhere.
So our time and expertise in making a diagnosis and providing the customer with viable and transparent solutions is chargeable.
So your boiler has broken down, contact me and I will attend as soon as possible. I will do my very best to repair your boiler within the first hour if it’s a simple fix using parts I might have available on my van.

We were desperate today when we awoke with no heating and no hot water! We are in self-isolation as an older couple with underlying health issues during these awful times, but Marc was absolutely amazing.
