How your repair visit works
I'll attend and diagnose the issue during the first hour. If it's a simple fix and the part is available, the repair is completed there and then for £70 plus parts.
If specialist parts are needed, I'll take payment for the first visit (£70) and provide a written, no-obligation quote within 24 hours for the follow-up work. This ensures total transparency before you commit to further costs.
Why the upfront fee? Because diagnosis takes time, experience, and often prevents unnecessary replacement costs. Even if a part turns out to be obsolete, you'll still receive expert advice on the most cost-effective next steps.
